GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Minimum of 7 – days stay from Saturday to saturday; lower stay (min. 2 nights) possible during A and B seasons, depending on the availability;surcharge of € 47,00 for stays under 7 nights;
* Prices include (per flat): VAT 10%, saucepan & crockery set, one fridge, one cotton blanket per person, cleaning – service on arrival, two deckchairs, one beach umbrella, hot & cold water, electricity & gas, one car parking;
* Accommodation is not provided with: bed linen, towels & household linen;
* Arrival time: from 05.00 p.m. – Departure time: before 10.00 a.m.;
* On arrival 50,00 € deposit will be required. The deposit will be returned on departure. The accommodation will be checked before guest’s departure, any shortage or breakage will be charged;
* Dogs are allowed. Dogs must be vaccinated by law, on the lead, under owner’s control. Dogs are not admitted on the beach. The dog’s owner is the only one responsible for any damage against people & things.
Only one dog allowed per bungalow.

Cancellation’s terms & conditions: - The cancellation’s right must be exercised in written manner at least minimum 14 days before the expected agreed arrival, in this case the booking deposit will be refunded (€ 20,00 will be deducted due to general charges).
- Lower than 14 days, the cancellation’s right can take place until the expected agreed arrival, in this case the booking deposit will be entirely retained from the Management in accordance with the Law.
- The reservation will be valid till 12.00 noon of the following day of the previous arrival. Longer this deadline the contract will be rescinded and the reservation will be cancelled, in this case the Management will retain the whole booking deposit paid.
- No refund for any earlier departure.
The admittance to the Residence involves the fully respect of the rules as well as the Residence Regulations.
