Personal data will be finalized to comply with the contractual obligations and to the consequents fulfilments of legal and fiscal obligations. Personal data will be treat for the whole contractual relation and also successful, for the completion of law obligations and for administrative and commercial finality.

The personal data you provide will be used for the follow purposes: notification of guest' details to the local public safety authorities; fulfilment of applicable accounting and fiscal obligations; customers management activities planning; inspection and control functions carried out for purposes of defence or state security or the prevention, detection or suppression crime.

Your personal data will be processed by employees of administrative - booking centre. These employees have been appointed in charge of treatment and have received in this regard appropriate operating instructions. The appointed people receive adequate instructions, with particular reference to the minimal security measures, in order to ensure the privacy and data security.
This authorization is mandatory and in the event that you do not comply with the requirements above, our society will not be able to give hospitality in our facilities.
The lack, the partial or incorrect consent or the withdrawal of the consent to process your data, could led to the impossibility to supply the services requested.
